The one thing you must do if visiting Brooklyn, is to go to Brooklyn Heights, that is for sure the most beautiful part of Brooklyn, and on the way there traveling down Flatbush Avenue be sure to go to Prospect Park and Botanical gardens- a must, also be sure to visit Brooklyn Historical Society located in Brooklyn Heights the area is filled with great historical landmarks. I advise you to not do any of these things at night, and to stay in area's very populated.
